I frequently discuss with our clients how to improve the corrosion resistance on their products. Let’s face it, many manufacturers use powder coatings for their excellent corrosion-resistance properties. Often clients will say that was the primary reason they selected powder coatings as their finishing technology. However, some end users never realize their corrosion-resistance objectives. The trouble often starts with unrealistic expectations and can be further impacted by faulty product design and poor execution of the powder coating process.
