Training for custom coaters—part III: Understanding production and process workflow procedures

People are the only resource a company has that is capable of real enlargement. Let me explain: Equipment must operate under the laws of mechanics. The output can never be greater than the input. People, on the other hand, have the potential to grow and develop. The managers of tomorrow will come from the rank and file of today's shop workers.
