Hydro-Air Components, Hamburg, N.Y., manufactures two product lines of radiant heaters: Panel Radiator, a European-designed line of plank-style heaters, found in corporate offices and residential homes; and Rittling Heat-Transfer Division's tinned-tube baseboards used in heating hospitals, prisons, apartment complexes and other commercial and institutional settings
