As history would tell it, the small city of Tekamah got its name through the luck of the draw—the name was pulled from a hat by city founders in 1855. Feeney Mfg. didn’t draw from a hat, but it did get lucky 2 years ago when it found the Nebraska city of 2,000 as the perfect choice for a 60,000-square-foot manufacturing and finishing plant.
