After being up on the fence with outsourcing powder coating and applying PVC in house, a manufacturer updates its finishing capabilities, installing one line that exclusively applies powder.

Master Halco manufactures fence systems at its plant in Edgewood, Md. The company had been manufacturing its products in Baltimore after buying Anchor Fence and its plant 5 years ago, but the plant hindered production and growth capabilities. Built in the 1920's, the building proved to be an unsuitable venue for a modern factory, including outdated lighting and electrical systems.
