What to Look for in Your Convection Oven: Design and Energy Considerations, 2/13
CD of live broadcast 2/5/2013
This webinar will start with the basics of what makes a good convection oven and what is required out of the oven for it to be a good curing oven. We will discuss various ways to heat the oven with different burner blower box designs and how to get the heat to the product through the air-handling ductwork in the oven. We will touch on different insulated wall designs and their efficiencies. In addition, we will get into the overall efficiency of a convection style oven and some ways to improve its efficiency.
The webinar will include an in-depth look at the various air seals that are available for an oven and how they can change the efficiency of the oven. We’ll also discuss air-seal design.
