Ready? Get set for the powder bell
The powder bell is ringing in another stage of finishing application technology: It rivals the performance of liquid bells and often outdoes the work of two or three powder spray guns.
High-speed electrostatic bells, or rotary atomizers, have been used in high-volume paint systems for decades. Today's emerging powder bell technology, however, represents a step forward in powder application, enabling companies using liquid bells to get comparable application performance with powder, the finishing industry's most compliant coating.
