The cost to clean racks and reject parts made Imperial Metal Solutions, Cleveland, look at stripping parts in house, including paint shakers that are found at Home Depot and Loews. The custom coater decided on a hybrid radiant tube oven from ACE Equipment, Cleveland. Now Imperial can strip the shakers and other rejects with no damage as well as clean other parts, racks, hooks, and fixtures, saving more than $3,000 per month compared with sending parts out for cleaning.
